Hey! I’m Eloise, mum of three, lifestyle and food photographer and advocate of living the best life possible!

As a family we’re often on the hunt for quick meals and tasty packed lunches as time is tight but that can often mean grabbing the unhealthier processed options. I started noticing my shopping trolley was full of plastic covered snacks that had perhaps questionable ingredients, preservatives in them and were overly processed. So I made a pledge to myself that I’d re-ignite my love of baking and make our snacks and treats from scratch. I know exactly what’s gone into them now!

Eating a healthier diet and regularly exercising has literally been a game changer for me and I hope to be a good example to my kids to help them also make awesome food choices!

Saying that, I also believe that the occasional treat is also good for you! Many of the recipes you’ll find here have healthy swaps in the ingredients list but still taste awesome and will brighten your day.

So this is my little food diary, of our baking adventures, thank you so much for being here with me!
